Three Worlds to Color

Buildings: Castles, Tunnels and Pirate Ships

In the Buildings pages, kids put up forts, houses, tunnels and towers out of big foam blocks. Lots of scenes are packed with detail, which makes them a great fit for kindergarten and elementary-age kids.

Bear Worlds: Adventures with the RIWI® Bear

A rocket ride, a hot air balloon, a day at the beach and a bear castle: the Bear Worlds pair goofy characters with big, simple shapes. Perfect for preschoolers who are just getting started with crayons.

Farm: Animals and Tractors

Cow, horse, pig, sheep, chicken, duck and the farm dog – plus a tractor, hay wagon, sunflowers and an apple tree. The Farm pages are a classic for preschool and for the kitchen table at home.

Coloring Pages for Preschool, Daycare and Elementary School

Teach preschool, run a daycare or lead a kindergarten or elementary classroom? Then print as many copies as you need for your group, free of charge – for circle time, a farm unit or a calm activity between lessons. Tip: download a whole world as one PDF and print just the pages you want.

Coloring Tips

  • Paper: Regular printer paper works for crayons. For markers or watercolors, go with heavier paper.
  • Crayons: Chunky crayons are easier for small hands to hold than thin colored pencils.
  • Color together: Print one design twice and color it side by side – each in their own style.
  • Keep playing: Many Buildings scenes can be recreated with building blocks. Color first, then build it for real.

From RIWI® – the XXL Foam Building Blocks

RIWI® is the team behind these coloring pages: XXL building blocks made of soft foam that kids ages 3 and up use to build forts, castles and playhouses. The blocks are tested to ASTM F963 (U.S. toy safety standard) and TÜV Austria tested to EN 71, they’re machine-washable, and each one holds up to 242 lb (110 kg). These coloring pages are our little gift to all families, teachers and childcare providers – whether or not you already have RIWI® at home.

Frequently asked questions

Are the coloring pages really free?

Yes. You can download and print all 66 coloring pages without signing up and without buying anything.

What format are the coloring pages?

The sheets are designed on A4 but print cleanly on standard US Letter paper (8.5 × 11 in) too – just choose “Fit to page” or “Scale to fit” in the print dialog. The lines are saved as vector graphics, so they stay crisp at any size.

What age are the coloring pages suitable for?

For kids from about 3 years. Farm and Bear Worlds have big areas for little hands, while the Buildings scenes are more detailed and great for pre-K and elementary-age kids.

Can I use the coloring pages in preschool or school?

Yes, absolutely. You may print them as often as you like for your group or class. The only thing not allowed is selling the files or publishing them yourself.

How do I print the coloring pages correctly?

Open the PDF, pick US Letter or A4 and set scaling to “Fit to page” (or “Scale to fit”). Slightly thicker paper (28 lb / 100 gsm or more) also handles markers and watercolors.

Will there be new designs?

Yes. Sign up for the newsletter above and you’ll get new coloring pages first.

Free for private use and for preschools, daycare centers and schools (non-commercial). Reselling, passing on as your own offering and publishing the files are not permitted. © RIWI®
