Not happy? Send it back in the original packaging within 30 days and get your money back.

Every RIWI® product you buy directly from riwi-buildit.us comes with our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Here is how it works:

1. Time frame: 30 days from the day you received the last item of your order.
2. Condition: The items are returned in their original packaging (the original RIWI® shipping boxes).
3. Contact us first: Email support@riwi-buildit.us with your order number before you ship anything. We ship from several warehouses across the US, so we will tell you the correct return address for your order.
4. Free return label: For returns in the original packaging, we email you a prepaid return label.
5. Your refund: Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping charge, to your original payment method within 14 days.

No original packaging anymore?

You can still return your items within 30 days of delivery. In this case, you arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself, and we cannot provide a prepaid label. Please contact our support team first so we can give you the correct return address. We refund the purchase price once your return arrives. Items that come back used, soiled or damaged may have a deduction for the loss in value.

Individual solutions

Used foam blocks easily pick up hair and dust and cannot be resold for hygiene reasons. If your items can no longer be used, or a return would be unreasonably difficult for you, please talk to our support team. We will find a fair solution with you, for example a partial refund without sending anything back.

Please note

• Returns must be registered with our support team before shipping. We cannot accept or reimburse freight or pallet shipments, or any return shipment we did not arrange with you.
• Items that arrive damaged or defective are not a return. Please contact our support team with a photo so we can help you right away.
• This guarantee applies to purchases made directly on riwi-buildit.us. Purchases from other retailers or marketplaces follow that seller's return policy.
